Michigan, Childhood Memories & Ice Cream!

We can’t remember a time when ice cream hasn’t been a part of our lives. After growing up in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan in a family that ran an ice cream distribution business, we practically have ice cream running through our veins. Many of our fondest childhood memories revolve around ice cream, and there was rarely a night when ice cream wasn’t one of the main topics of conversation at our family dinner table.

Upon moving to Los Angeles in 2010, we sought out a place to get the traditional, feel-good ice cream that we grew up eating in the Midwest. We were surprised to find that Southern California offered very few options for us. That’s when we decided to start a business of our own, so we could create a product that would satisfy our desire for that creamy delicious ice cream of our youth. We now want to share our creations with you!

 

All of our small-batch, hand-crafted ice cream is made in-house. We offer many traditional flavors, but we’ve also added in many unique and interesting options for those looking to try something a little different. Along with our ice cream, we offer edible cookie dough, Midwest-style frozen custards, and freshly baked cookies. With many gluten-free and vegan options as well, we strive to satisfy every customer who comes through our door; kids, adults and grandparents alike.

We don’t rely on gimmicks to impress our customers. Instead we let our products speak for themselves. At a time when shock value seems to be more important than quality, we decided to go back to the basics and offer our customers good, old-fashioned ice cream, but with a modern twist.
